Namics has developed a portfolio of adhesives for silicon photonics CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) applications. Our products include index-matching adhesives for optical coupling, fiber-fixing adhesives for optical fiber V-grooves, FAU (Fiber Array Unit) attach adhesives, and strain-relief adhesives for optical fiber fixation. These products provide the heat resistance and reflow resistance required for CPO applications. In addition, they are environmentally conscious materials that do not contain PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances, as defined by the OECD).
