NAMICS (below called “the company”), being aware that the protection of personal information in the possession of the company is both extremely important and a serious responsibility for the company, has decided on the following policies in order to discharge this responsibility and deal with personal information.

1. Purpose of using personal information

When using personal information, except for cases established separately by law, such information will be used only for selling the company’s products, providing services, replying to enquiries and requests, and for purposes within a previously specified range.

2. Obtaining personal information

The company will obtain personal information by appropriate and fair means after specifying the purpose for which it is to be used.

3. Disclosure of personal information to third parties

The company will not disclose personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned, except in cases recognized by law.

4. Collaborative use

In some cases, the company may use personal information, only for purposes mentioned in 1. “Purpose of using personal information” above, collaboratively within the NAMICS Group. Items of personal data which may be used collaboratively are “name, company, department, position title, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.” The company will be responsible for controlling personal information.

5. Personal information protection control system

In order to implement appropriate safety policies for personal information obtained, the company will establish in-house regulations relating to personal information, carry out necessary and appropriate supervision of employees, and put in place rational measures to prevent illegal access, falsification, destruction, leakage, loss or theft.

6. Obeying the law

The company will observe laws and ordinances relating to the protection of personal information and other applicable laws and in-house regulations relating to personal information.

7. Continual improvement of personal information protection control system

The company will endeavor continually to improve its methods for implementing appropriate protection and control of personal information. Please understand that the company may consequently alter said methods of personal information protection.

8. About Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google Inc., to analyze and improve the site. At that time, cookies are used to collect data, and non-personal information such as IP address is automatically sent to Google through your browser.
This traffic data is collected anonymously and is not personally identifiable. This site uses such information only for the purpose of measuring and analyzing the usage status of the site and improving the quality of the site.
